Each bottle of BELAIRE ROSÉ is born in south eastern France's Provence-Alpes-Cote dAzur region, the stunningly beautiful home of the famed coastal cities of Marseilles, Nice, Cannes, St. Tropez, Antibe, Grasse, Toulon - and the world's finest Rosé wines.
Roughly 150 miles wide from the Cote d'Azur (French Riviera), Monaco, and French Alps along the Italian border to the east to the Rhone River valley to the west and Mediterranean to the south, this picturesque setting provides a lush backdrop for the crafting of the wines that have made the region famous.
Here, amid sun-drenched vineyards cooled by the Le Mistral sea winds, against the stunning backdrop of the snow-capped French Alps, wines have been made for more than 2,500 years. This rich heritage of wine craft and perfect terroir for cultivating the grapes of the Rosé blend can be experienced in each glass of BELAIRE ROSÉ.
BELAIRE ROSE is handcrafted from a blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah grapes selected for their vibrant, fresh character. Each of these three grapes adds something special to the wine:
? Grenache gives body, warmth and hints of blackberry and blackcurrant
? Cinsault adds aromatic cherry blossom on the nose, finesse, and a supple texture to the finish
? Syrah accounts for BELAIRE ROSÉs beautiful colour and provides roundness
Carefully aged before release, the blend is imbued with a delightful effervescence, resulting in a beautiful, deep red sparkling Rosé with aromas of strawberry and blackcurrant. A final liqueur de dosage addition of 100% Syrah adds a sweet - but not too sweet - nuance, resulting in a perfect harmony of aroma, taste, body, and finish.
