Delivery and Returns

Delivery Information

 

Getting your goods to you swiftly and safely is of utmost importance to us. That's why we entrust our deliveries to carefully selected couriers. It's also why we ask that your order be signed for.

 

Next Day Delivery

 

We offer Next Day Delivery on all orders for £6.95.

 

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours upon receiving your order. Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day and delivered to you next working day as long as we have your items in stock at the time your order is placed.

 

If we are unable to fulfill the order in any way, you will be contacted by phone/email the same working day. In these circumstances, we will issue you a full refund or we can send the goods as soon as they come back into stock.

 

Tracking your Parcel

 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number so you can track your parcel. Delivery is normally between 8am & 7pm and a signature is required upon receipt of your parcel.

 

Returns Policy

While we’re sure you’ll love what you’ve ordered, we understand that sometimes you might have second thoughts. To make a return for a refund, you’ll need to follow the instructions set out below

 

Returns should be made by registered mail in their original condition and unopened, to the address below, within 14  days from receipt. We will refund any sums that you have paid to us with the exception of postage and packing. Only products that are in their original condition will be refunded, others will be returned to the customers at their own cost.

 

Please ensure you package your parcel properly to prevent any damage caused as we cannot be held accountable for any damages caused in transit.

 

Print off a copy of your order emailed to you when you placed your order, and indicate which items you are returning.

 

Return the item by recorded delivery, together with a copy of your order. Please always obtain proof of postage when returning a parcel. We are unable to assume responsibility for any lost or damaged items. 

 

Once we receive your order and clears inspection, we will issue you a refund.

 

We aim to process returns as soon as they arrive. However, please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed.
